St John Villas - The term "Villas" is widely used and sometimes abused. Villas on St. John range from the very large and expensive to the very small and affordable. Some are intimate and private. Others are right on top of their neighbors. Some are ocean front and some are mountain top with a wide water view. Some are close to town and some are in the bush. Some have easy to navigate roads and others are on steep and twisty driveways. Some are well maintained and meticulously clean and others are more like hostels or motels.
